Varad Continues the Wellness Journey Despite Autism
In 2022, Varad’s story inspired us all. He was sleeping better, engaging socially, fully potty trained, and beginning to read more than 100 words. His family’s dedication to the Doman Method® Program, supported by a YaraStar scholarship, helped him take steps forward that once felt out of reach.

Fast forward to 2023, and Varad’s growth hasn’t slowed down. At nine years old, he now reads at the level of a six-year-old, speaks with clearer words, and expresses his emotions more openly. His bond with his older brother has grown stronger — a joy his parents deeply treasure. With greater coordination, Varad runs with energy and confidence that once seemed far away.

“Varad is more tuned in. His social interaction has improved. He is saying many words now and his understanding has really improved”
The steady anchor in Varad’s journey has been the structure and consistency of the Doman International program, giving him the tools to grow step by step. The YaraStar Foundation scholarship eased the financial burden, allowing his family to continue the program without pause.
His mom shares:
“In my darkest hour, you have been the ray of light and hope. You have not only supported me but you have also brought back my strength. Varad is communicating better, expressing his emotions, socialising more, writing independently, and sharing a great bond with his elder brother.”
Looking ahead, Varad’s family dreams of continued progress in advanced respiration and social development programs. With their dedication, the structure of the Doman Method, and YaraStar’s ongoing support, Varad is on his way to greater independence and joy.
At YaraStar, we celebrate Varad not only for what he has achieved but for the bright spirit he carries. His journey from 2022 to 2023 reminds us that every child is a gift — and when families are given room to keep going, possibilities continue to grow.
